Boot Camp sessions are 30 to 45 minutes in length focusing on High Intensity Interval Training to give you the best workout in the shortest amount of time.
Beginner and Intermediate Sessions:
This class is 45 minutes to an hour. Regular boot camp program with a few extra breaks in between sets to get ready for your next set.
